SHIPPING: Although Penny Auctions Canada usually carries a sufficient volume of inventory, some items placed up for sale may not be in our inventory at that time. If Penny Auctions Canada ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the item(s) have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping carrier and their delivery service standards and travel times within Canada and the USA. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Penny Auctions Canada Inc., which operates Penny Auctions Canada and Pennyauctionscanada.COM. The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card, or any other method of payment when our shipping notice email has been sent to your email address.
Our current shipping methods are Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS/SCS. All items will be shipped via these 3 carriers, depending on the specifications of the item. A tracking number will be available once the item has been shipped. For the lawful protection of our customers, all deliveries will require a signature from the receiver. Some or all shipments will require the presentation of photo ID at pickup or delivery points. In some cases the carrier will contact the consignee by telephone to acknowledge that the package has arrived. At the time the consignee will be required to pick up the package or parcel from the carrier's closest retail point. Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund (except for certain items described at the live auction window, and any bids you have used up to bid on this item) or exchange if you return it to us within 10 days after you receive it in its original condition (including all packaging, accessories and manuals). For your convenience, we accept returns by mail.
Our Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with any auction item you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund of the final auction price within 10 days after you receive it, unused and in its original packaging. Please note: All bids purchased are non-refundable. Any bids used to purchase the returned item are non-refundable. All shipping costs for any returns are not refundable. Any sales outside of Canada may be subjected to Customs and/or Duty charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items will not be accepted for return after the 10 day period for any reason at all.

In the event that a returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards or other items missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of any of the missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Due to copyright laws, computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs and videos in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item.
We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT I BOUGHT ONLINE?
Exchanging or returning product is very simple: you simply send it back to us via the mail. To return a product purchased Online, follow these steps:
- Mail your original Shipping Order and the item in its original condition including any accessories to Penny Auctions Canada for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of the original item for most products.
- Returns will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 Days after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.
If you need to exchange or return any online purchase that is a Special Delivery item, please send us an Email to: returns@pennyauctionscanada.com for further instructions. In most cases, we will arrange the pickup. Note: Shipping and handling (S&H) charges for any items, regular or special delivery, are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

Returns, Complaints, Damages, Malfunctions and/or Troubleshooting
Although Penny Auctions Canada makes all attempts and efforts to provide high levels of customer satisfaction, we understand that sometimes there are situations arising beyond our control. We are very much committed to all our customers remaining happy and satisfied with our products and services. Occasionally an item you have received might not work properly or may get damaged in transit. If this is the case, our primary goal is to resolve this problem as quickly and conveniently to you as possible. If you do receive a defective item your first step is to immediately send us an Email to: customerservice@pennyauctionscanada.com and inform us of the issue. We will then provide you with further instructions. Important: Please don't return the item back to us without first contacting us, this is likely to delay the time it takes to replace your item if it is damaged. If an item is not working properly, it can sometimes be useful to check the manufacturer's website or call their tech support help line for assistance. Many of the most common problems are easily solved without having to return the product, saving you time and money. Purchasing by Minors

In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you an exchange or a full refund.

Penny Auctions Canada reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Penny Auctions Canada.COM will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Advertising Rebate Policy
Any applicable taxes are calculated and payable on the price before rebate. Applicable postage must be paid on mail-in rebates. Rebates payable in US dollars are subject to currency fluctuations and may be subject to Canadian bank processing fees. Penny Auctions Canada is not responsible for any manufacturer mail-in rebates.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer/publisher. Please take shipping time into consideration.
